What You'll Do
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play an important role in supporting both our customers and internal teams by:
- Manage customer accounts and orders from start to finish
- Coordinate with Sales, Design, Scheduling, and Production teams
- Process orders, changes, and customer requests accurately
- Communicate order status and provide solutions to customer concerns
- Build strong relationships with customers and serve as a trusted resource
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
- Support continuous improvement efforts and administrative projects as needed
What We're Looking For
- Customer service, account management, administrative, or office experience preferred
- Manufacturing, packaging, logistics, or distribution experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business software systems
